Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The National Weather Service Grand Rapids has issued a Winter Weather Advisory affecting Jackson County from 7 a.m. this morning through 7 a.m. Thursday, December 12.
Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches are expected, with winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
Roads and especially bridges and overpasses will likely become slick and hazardous, according to the NWS, with visibility and road conditions changing rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather, visibility, and road conditions.
