Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Marc W. Daly) — There are some big holiday events taking place at Michigan International Speedway. This Saturday, the track is hosting their annual Track and Toy Drive. WKHM spoke with MIS president Joe Fowler:
Track and Toy Drive at MIS runs this Saturday from 9 a.m. until Noon. Going on now through the first week in January is also Nite Lites at MIS. Fowler told WKHM it’s a holiday spectacle every year.
Nite Lites runs Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday til 10 p.m. Pricing starts at $35 per vehicle. The “lites” stay on through January 5. What about a holiday gift for the motorsports enthusiast on your list? Fowler says they have tickets on sale now for the June NASCAR race at MIS.
