Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — Chief Assistant Prosecutor Kelsey Guernsey yesterday told WKHM News that Jackson police officer Jonathan Debczak has been bound over for trial and is facing multiple charges in connection with an incident that occurred October 12 in the City of Jackson. Charges include assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, felonious assault, operating while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16, and domestic violence.
