Jackson Public School Board President Pam Fitzgerald and School Board Trustee Kesha Hamilton were testifying before Circuit Court Judge John McBain yesterday. Hamilton had filed a Personal Protection Order against Fitzgerald for alleged threatening and harassing behavior. Fitzgerald denied all accusations. Judge McBain denied the PPO and ordered the two women to locate a 3rd party to help settle any differences, which they agreed too.
