JPD continues to investigate late Monday stabbing incident; suspect arrested

Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — The Jackson Police Department (JPD) continues to investigate a stabbing that happened Monday night around 10 p.m. in the 300 block of Moorman Drive. The victim was a 41-year-old male who was involved in an altercation with a man and woman. The victim was stabbed multiple times in the upper torso according to JPD.

A 21-year-old male suspect was arrested and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. The victim was taken to Henry Ford Hospital Jackson, underwent surgery, and was listed Tuesday in critical but stable condition.
