An Oakland County judge has denied a request from James and Jennifer Crumbley attending the sentencing of their teenaged son who killed four students and wounded seven others at Oxford High School nearly two years ago.
Ethan Crumbley could be sentenced to life in prison without parole on December 8th. He pleaded guilty to all charges connected to the mass shooting. In the request, the parents said the life sentence is the harshest sentence possible and that worries both of them considerably.
James and Jennifer Crumbley have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and are scheduled to go on trial in January.
