The 12th District Court is working to support the Michigan Supreme Court’s various Administrative Orders by making a good faith effort to conduct proceedings remotely wherever possible, utilizing virtual courtrooms and live streaming court hearings on Youtube. While the court remains closed to the public for all services conducted in the courthouse, effective immediately, District Courthouse staff is contacting attorneys and non-represented parties to offer virtual court for many hearing types held by District Court.
