Jackson Police responded Monday night to the 400 block of W. Morrell Street for a report of a stabbing. Officers found a 26-year-old Jackson man with a stab wound to his chest. The man was transported to Henry Ford Allegiance Health where he died shortly after his arrival. A 21-year-old woman who was an acquaintance of the victim and a suspect in the stabbing was arrested around 5:00 Tuesday morning in the 2900 block of Kibby Road. She was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
