53-year-old Howard Robinson was sentenced Wednesday to nine to 25 years in prison in relation to multiple felony charges after a police chase and half a kilogram of cocaine being found in his trunk. A state trooper stopped Robinson’s car on westbound I-94 in March of last year for a tinted window violation. Robinson fled, dragging the trooper a short distance. After a police chase officers arrested Robinson and found 535 grams of powder cocaine in the trunk of his car.
