45-year-old Keith Farrow was killed Sunday morning when he was walking on the railroad tracks near Sandstone Road and was struck by a train. Authorities responded at 8:40 a.m. Sunday and pronounced Farrow dead at the scene. At this point authorities do not know if drugs or alcohol were factors in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
