The Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety has arrested a man in the robbery of a convenience store that took place in November of last year. A 41-year-old Leoni Township man is in custody for the Nov. 11 robbery of the Shell gas station on Fifth Street in Leoni Township. He has been charged with armed robbery, carrying a weapon with unlawful intent and felony firearm possession. The suspect’s name will not be released until he has been arraigned.
