The new machine that was recently purchased by Jackson County for the Department of Transportation will get its first run Friday morning on Rosehill Road, just north of I-94. County Commission Chairman Steve Shotwell said, “We’ve got this $5.1 million piece of equipment that today is demoing, and tomorrow we hope to actually start recycling road material on Rosehill.”
“Everything seems to be going in the right direction. It’ll be a nice day tomorrow and we’ll be able to get some good road work done.” Shotwell continued.
