Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — If you are looking to find a place to help you get active, stay healthy, and connect with your community this weekend, the Jackson YMCA is having an Open House on Saturday, March 8 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. CEO Shawna Tello and Senior Director of Membership Engagement and Healthy Living Theresa Horne say that everyone is welcome.
The Jackson Y is also running their Meet Me at the Y referral program centered on building relationships, which they tell us can make an active lifestyle more likely to stick with people.
With some of the work that’s been done to the Y, the Open House provides an opportunity to see some of the significant changes made to the building.
