Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Jackson College will try again in November to restore their millage from 1964. We discussed this week with JC President Dan Phelan on WKHM:
Their millage has decreased by .13, (about 1.2 mills). If they can get voters on board, that extra money would be devoted to job skills, getting a job, and what goes with that:
