Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — According to Blackman Public Safety, there was a fatal stabbing early this morning in the 3000 block of East Michigan Ave.
The incident was described as domestic-related by investigators. Blackman Public Safety, Jackson Police Department, and Michigan State Police were all searching the area for a suspect.
The victim is described as a 42-year-old male who had multiple stab wounds. Medical treatment was provided to the victim at the scene but he was eventually pronounced dead. Although the suspect has not been located as of yet, police added they don’t believe the public is in any danger.
