Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Jackson police continue to investigate the shooting downtown early Sunday morning. Officers were called to parking lot 9 at East Washington for a reported gunshot. While police were investigating a 31-year-old Jackson man checked himself into the Emergency Department at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
The victim has not been cooperative with the Jackson Police Department and there have not been any arrests as the investigation continues.
