From the National Weather Service – Grand Rapids: A few early morning storms are possible Today. An Isolated risk for large hail exists. A greater risk for severe weather exists with the second round of storms this evening. Damaging winds and large hail are the main severe weather risk with these storms. Temperatures will quickly drop after midnight Wednesday morning and precipitation will gradually transition into a wintry mix through daybreak, then all snow by mid to late morning Wednesday. Changing road conditions may make for hazardous travel Wednesday.
