Jackson, Mich. — 18-year-old Caleb Filas of Jackson was arraigned on arson charges in a fire that destroyed a home in the 1100 block of Greenwood Ave. on September 19, 2022.
Police received a tip on Filas who admittted responsibility.
The home is a total loss according to David Wooden, Deputy Director of Fire Services for the City of Jackson.
