MANITOU BEACH, MI – The Wagley Group is set to open the doors of their new office this weekend. “We’ve wanted to have a presence at the lake for a long time.” Said owner Joe Wagley who grew up in Irish Hills spending summers as a child on the lake. It has been a lifelong dream for Wagley to open up an expansion of his group in Manitou Beach.
This Saturday, May 28th from 11 am to 1 pm, K105.3 will be live on location to help celebrate the Grand Opening with free food, and giveaways including gift certificates to local businesses, and other prizes. Food provided will be sliders from Papa’s Place, but there are many other restaurants in the area to choose from.
Wagley also mentioned the lake activity, and the recent price hike in lake property as a reason he wanted to open a branch of real estate investment advisors in Manitou Beach.
The Wagley Group was founded in Adrian, Michigan and currently serves customers in Adrian, Blissfield, Clinton, Hudson, Tecumseh, and Lenawee County.
