Jackson, Mich. — The Jackson Civil War Muster is celebrating 35 years on August 27 & 28, 2022. This year, the event will be returning to the historic Cascades Park, 1401 S. Brown St., Jackson, MI 49203.
Under the leadership of the organization’s new president, Maurice Imhoff, the team plans to make some additions to the event. Tripp’s Auto Shop & Collision Center is contributing $50,000 to help support the event for the next two years.
“It is safe to say that people, organizations, and businesses are excited to have the event return,” said Imhoff.
The Jackson Muster is the largest, longest-running Civil War event in the Midwest, welcoming people of all ages. Each year, this free event draws 25,00 to 35,000 fans from throughout Michigan, Canada, and destinations as far as Sweden.
