– The Jackson Police Department is looking for the public’s help in locating 23-year-old Franky Joseph Ackley Jr. Ackley is a 6’1″ tall, hispanic male, approximately 145 lbs. and has a cleft lip. Ackley is wanted on a 2 count felony warrant for open murder and felony firearms for the shooting of James Henry Cooper-Robertson in Jackson on March 5th, 2020.
