The Jackson YMCA will be back in action on Thursday, June 25 starting at 5am.
Following Friday’s federal ruling that indoor facilities may open, the Jackson YMCA has received the green light to welcome members back inside its doors.
Social responsibility is one of the Y’s three areas of focus, and they have been working closely with the State Alliance of Michigan YMCAs and Y-USA to finalize details of their re-opening. They will continue to work together to monitor the legal situation.
The Y asks members to please review their website, jacksonymca.org/welcome-back, for all the details of their re-opening. During this first phase:
- You must sign a waiver upon returning; it is available online
- Access will be for members only in this first phase
- They ask members to wear masks in all common areas and where it is safe to do so
