The State of Michigan is reporting that there have now been 32,967 (cumulative) reported cases of COVID-19, resulting in 2,700 reported fatalities.
This is an increase of 967 cases and 232 deaths since yesterday’s report. As of Friday, April 17, the State of Michigan reports that 3,237 individuals diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered. 8% of individuals confirmed positive for COVID-19 have died.
