Kelsey Heck, City of Jackson’s 5th Ward Councilwoman, resigned in a letter effective Monday, April 6, 2020, shown below. The letter was posted to the councilwoman’s Facebook page.
Heck cites unrelenting nastiness and public attacks as the reason for the resignation. She also includes projects she is proud to have worked on.
