Another COVID-19 patient, a woman in her 50s with underlying health conditions, died Wednesday at McLaren Oakland Hospital, according to Margaret Dimond, president and CEO of McLaren Oakland.
This is the second COVID-19 patient in Michigan to pass away. “We extend our sympathy to the patient’s family, and we encourage everyone to adhere to guidelines regarding social distancing and hand washing to help slow the spread of this highly contagious disease,” Dimond says.
