Circuit Judge Susan Jordan sentenced 27-year-old Josephus Anderson Wednesday to three to 30 years for one felony count of perjury. Anderson was found guilty in February for lying under oath during his brother’s trial in October of 2015. During a motion hearing for his brother, Anderson changed his story and claimed his brother did not commit a violent home invasion he previously testified he and his brother had committed together.
