Jackson County Prosecutor Jerry Jarzynka announced that defendant Timothy White was sentenced to 3-5 years in prison by a Jackson County Judge.

White, 63, was found guilty of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree by a jury.
On June 15, 2017, the Jackson City Police was dispatched to reports of a CSC and conducted an investigation. Jarzynka said, “The Jackson City Police Department did an excellent job investigating this case.”
