Police are seeking the help of the public in locating two fugitives suspected of selling drugs in Jackson. 48-year-old Jamahl Armstrong and 28-year-old Dwayne Riley both have arrest warrants issued for transporting and selling narcotics in Jackson County. Armstrong was arrested in October after leading police on a chase that ended in the Jackson High School parking lot where he threw half a pound of methamphetamine on school property during his attempted escape. Armstrong made bond and was released from jail on a GPS tether which he later cut off and has not been seen since. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 225 pounds. Riley is wanted for delivery or manufacturing of a controlled substance as well as several weapons charges. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds.
