A Leslie couple is recovering in a Florida hospital after being caught up in the horrible crash Saturday at the end of the Nationwide race.  Steve and Gaylene Johnson were both  hit with flying debris, including a flying 75 pound steel plate that flew off the car driven by Kyle Larsen.  Gaylene was taken to intensive care with internal bleeding also a  severe laceration on her arm, Steve picked up 30 stitches to the forehead. They are currently at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona, Gaylene was taken out of intensive care last night, both are expected to make a full recovery.
