The Michigan Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Jackson County prosecutors in the case of a fatal shooting back in 2010 involving 17 year old Kadeem White. White is charged with first degree murder, among other charges, in the shooting death of Ben Willard in July of 2010 in an alley off Francis St. White made some incriminating statements after given his rights, Judge Thomas Wilson ruled White's rights were violated back in 2011, but after two appeals the Supreme Court voted 3 to 2 in favor of the prosecution.
