104th Annual Chamber Meeting



The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce held their 104th Annual Meeting at the JCC Potter Center Thursday night.  Several awards were handed out, the Jim Winter Automotive Group and Full Spetrum Solutions were among the big winners picking up the Brick Award.  WKHM spoke with Rich Walicki from Jim Winter.
Kyle Leighton from Full Spectrum Solution was happy to pick up the hardware.
The Small Business Person of the Year went to Willis and Machnik Financial Services, Pat Willis on the honor.
The 2013 Athena Award was given to Molly Kaser.
Other Award given out Thursday night include John D. Hopkins on the Jackson Inventors Network receiving the 2012 Entrepreneurial Vision Award and Taryn Smith winning the Albert Earle Ambassador of the Year award.

The Jackson Citizen Patriot handed out their annual award Thursday night including Bob Inman, Mike Hirst and Jason Mulholland winning Distinguished Citizen of the year award, Maggie Flick of Michigan Center High School winning Youth Citizen of the Year, Corporate Citizen of the Year went to Michigan International Speedway and Therese Hesslau won the 2012 Citizen of the Year Award.
