Jackson City Council will take the first steps to appoint a council member to represent the first ward. WKHM / K-105.3 spoke with Councilman Dan Greer.
Next Tuesday the Jackson City Council could discuss the proceedure for appointing the new council member. Council is expected to make the appointment on January 22nd. The 1st ward Jackson City Council seat was left vacant with the passing of longtime councilman Carl Breeding in November. Next week the Jackson City Council will also address the deer situation at Ella Sharp Park.
