The owner of a Toledo Company that was removing the cap from the Brooklyn water tower was injured when he fell 30 feet into the tank Monday morning.  Safety gear designed to keep Matt Schaedler from falling failed and it took rescuers three hours before he was lifted to safety.  Schaedler was placed in a basket and lowered to the ground by a large crane.  Schaedler was listed in stable condition at an Ann Arbor Hospital.
