Tuesday morning a car driven by 52 year old Mark Gorzen traveling on Cooper near the prison, crossed the centerline and hit a semi, the truck-driver jackknifed trying to avoid the accident. Gorzen was taken to Allegiance, then flown to the University of Michigan Medical Center with serious injuries.
