Conley Passes Away At The Age of 93

Former Jackson mayor and founder of the Toy House, Phil Conley has died at the age of 93.  Conley was a graduate of Jackson High and the University of Michigan, and founded the Toy House in 1949. Conley was mayor of Jackson back in the early seventies, and devoted much of his life to make Jackson a better place to live.  Funeral arraignments are pending.
