Consumers Energy spokesperson Dan Bishop was recently on WKHM discussing proposal 3, the 25 in 25 renewable energy plan. No surprise that Consumer’s thinks it’s a bad proposal.
One of the many issues is the unreliability of wind energy.
Bishop also addressed the out of state money supporting the proposal.
