Jackson County Prosecutor Hank Zavislak told WKHM the juvenile that hi-jacked an occupied vehicle during a police pursuit, recently in the city has a very checkered criminal history, even at the young age of 14. Zavislak said they will be charging Trayshon Smoot as an adult and that will equal hard time if he is convicted.
