A shooting incident in Summit Township Thursday morning described as 'bizarre' according to Jackson County sheriff Steve Rand. Sheriff Rand told WKHM the initial reports turned out to be inaccurate. Vandercook Schools were locked down for a short period of time. No names released, the investigation continues.
