Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is reporting early Tuesday morning Deputies responded to a felonious assault in the 11000 block of North Meridian road.  Two Jackson men ages 27 and 30 assaulted a man and woman using broken glass as the weapon.  Deputies did find one suspect passed out in his vehicle and he was taken into custody.  Deputies used a K-9 unit from the Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety to help locate the second suspect.  The victims received minor injuries and refused medical treatment.  The two suspects are facing charges of Felonious Assault and the one who fled is facing an additional charge of Resisting and Obstructing.
