One of the worlds largest banks got a real dress down from Michigan’s Senior U.S. Senator Carl Levin.  Levin chairs the Senate Subcommittee on investigations and at the hearing they released a 335 page assault on HSBC.

Levin told WKHM the Justice Department could levy some stiff penalties in the case.

Most of the blame goes to the bank although some other bad actors had a lesser role in the debacle.
