The case of a 70 year old woman who crashed into an amish buggy killing a 10 month old boy is going to jury. Doris Johns rear ended an amish buggy carrying the Steury family on May 29th. 10 month old Michael Steury Jr. died an dhis 18 month old sister and parents were injured.

Johns was charged with a misdemeanor moving violation causing death, but at a hearing last week Johns' attorney requested a jury trial in district court.

According to  the Hillsdale Daily News the jury trial is scheduled for August 28th.
