The suspect in the Ricky Upshaw murder was arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Jackson County Circuit Court.  WKHM spoke with Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Jerry Jarzynka.

Stein is from Lansing, his Preliminary Examination is Scheduled for July 11th at 8:30.
