A Jackson woman was taken into custody after she tried to get out of paying cab fare.  An officer responded to a home on Cooper Street Tuesday after the driver of the cab called police.  The officer found the woman hiding in the back yard.  She was arrested for the failure to pay and for outstanding warrants from Jackson, the State Police and Ingham County.  After her arrest the officer found meth in her purse bring an addition charge of drug possession.
