Former Da Vinci Institute teacher Matthew Lusby is expected to plead guilty in one week to a criminal sexual conduct charge.  Lusby is accused of having sex with one of his students while working as a math teacher at the school.  As part of the agreement prosecutors will drop the other first degree criminal sexual conduct count.  On Monday, the 28 year old Lusby waived his prelim and agreed to the deal.  Lusby remains in the Jackson County Jail without bond ever since he was arrested a second time driving the girl he is accused of having sex with.  He was ordered to have no contact with the teenager.
