24 year old Blackman Township resident Daniel Ronquillo has been arraigned and is charged with child abuse and tortue.  Police say he severly burned his girlfriends to young children in the bathtub while they were in his care.  Deputy Director Jon Johnston of the Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety said the toddlers have a long recovery ahead of them.
