The Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety has arrested a 24 year old Blackman Township man for child abuse and torture in an incident involving the two young children of his girlfriend.  The two children had to be taken by life flight to U of M where they are recovering.  WKHM spoke with Deputy Director Jon Johnston.
