Monday officers from the Jackson Police Department responded to an armed robbery in the 200 block of East Wesley.  The victim walked to her car when a male suspect approached her.  He then got into the car with her and threatened her with a knife.  He forced the victim to drive to a nearby bank and withdraw money.  He took the money and other items from her purse.  He got out of the vehicle near Mechanic and Morrell.
