A BASE JUMPER IS DEAD, ACCORDING TO MICHIGAN STATE POLICE AND THE JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, AFTER HE JUMPED OFF A TV NEWS TOWER IN RIVES JUNCTION.

ACCORDING TO A PRESS RELEASE FROM MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL BILL SCHUETTE'S OFFICE, FORMER LUMEN CHRISTI PRIEST, TEACHER, MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, AND WRESTLING COACH JAMES FRANCIS RAPP HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH 13 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT TODAY.
