There is a  plea deal for 28 year old Matthew Lusby, The DaVinci Institute teacher who admitted a sexual relationship with a 15 year old student. Circuit Judge John McBain will sentence Lusby on August 22nd. The prosecutor dropped one count of criminal sexual conduct in the plea arrangement. .Prosecutor Hand Zavislak told WKHM the guilty plea was good for the victim.
