Plate Sent To Hospital, Suspect Arrested
41 Year old Scott Plate is in critical condition at U of M following an assault Friday in front of the Interfaith Shelter in Jackson. WKHM spoke with Deputy Police Chief John Holda about Friday’s attack.
20 year old Justyn Ewing-Brown was arrested at the scene and was arraigned on Monday. He is charged with assault to do great bodily harm, less than murder.
